Hawiian tiger eye sushimi three ways-yellow fine ahi, Alaskan salmon, Hamachi with hot mustard soy sauce Waipolli Farms Watercress Salad- heirloom rainbow carrots,toasted macadamia nuts, surfing goat dairy chevre, vanilla bean and citrus vinnaigrette with opal basil Crispy Skin Onaga- Avocado fried jasmine rice with olowalu tomatoe's and cilantro, garlic and ginger sauted ruby red bokchoy
