Cleaning the harvest
It all starts with the freshest of ingredients, I love the feeling of growing, harvesting and placing a finished product on the table in front of a client. Thats what it's all about...
I am a private chef living in Maui. I love food, surfing, traveling, and coffee with friends. My goal is to give the most unique dinning experience on Maui. Utilizing the produce rich local farms and the wide variety of Hawiian seafood.
